Our lead time for single colour prints is 3 to 4 weeks from order confirmation and artwork approval until delivery. If you require the glasses by a certain date, please let us know at the earliest opportunity. All lead times are subject to glass availability.

Due to the nature of manufacturing processes, items may become damaged during production or delivery and because of this Happy Cups exercise a 10% tolerance. This is an accepted industry standard and you will be credited for the difference if breakages or rejects occur. Please understand that as it is not possible to replace smaller quantities, we encourage clients to purchase slightly more branded glasses than you require.
