We guarantee our products will be of high quality and represent the custom options and artwork that was selected and approved for the order.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please submit your delivery address and details of the issue to email@example.com
We do not accept returns. Should your product be substandard please contact us to discuss the issues. We can then work together to find a resolution that suits all parties, usually this is done via credit note. Please note credit notes can take up to 10 days to show on your statement.
The item delivery will be made according to the address and delivery instructions you have given us. At the point of delivery ownership of goods transfers to the customer.
Whilst we will do our best to achieve any stated delivery days these are for guidance only. Branded Cups LTD t/a Happycups.co.uk will not be liable for any late or missed deliveries.
Any missed deliveries must be notified within 24 hours of the due delivery date.
If no delivery instructions are provided and the premises are closed, we may leave the goods at our discretion on the doorstep of your building or a suitable safe place. Usually, you will be contacted, or the courier will return the undelivered goods to the nearest depot. You remain liable for all goods after one delivery attempt has been made.
Invoicing & Payment
Our preferred payment method is bank transfer or card payment which is done online once invoice has been received. All major card types are accepted. If for any reason this is not possible, please contact us for alternate payment methods. online once invoice has been received. Payment is due on the day of invoice receipt. Our invoices are sent out by email in PDF format to minimise paper printouts.
Interest may be applied by Branded Cups LTD t/a Happycups.co.uk on overdue invoices. This will accrue from the date when payment becomes due and will be calculated daily a rate of 12.5% the first three months and a rate of 25% thereafter and shall accrue at such a rate after as well as before any judgment.
If the customer fails to make a payment on the due date of an invoice, then without prejudice Branded Cups LTD t/a Happycups.co.uk can cancel or suspend deliveries without notice.
Alterations & Cancellations
We require 15 working days’ notice for any order amendments. Due to the nature of the products being custom printed, the amendments may or may not be possible depending on the progress of the order.
You can cancel your order at any time by giving us five working days’ notice. However, due to the nature of the products being custom printed, the cancellation may not be possible depending on the progress of the order and you may still be charged.
